Here are some questions for new and old autograph collectors.

Q.Do you send an SASE
A. Yes, it saves time for the player and gives a better chance of a success

Q.What do you send with a request
A. A letter (see sample), and a card, maybe even a gift to him to keep (a card too.)
Cards save space, and money with the envelope size.

Q.I saw you got _____  _____  back in the mail, should I try and get him?
A.Well, Lets say I might catch him on a good day. If you have dups of a guy go ahead, although I cannot guarantee you will get him.

Q.What should my letter say...should I type or hand-write?
A.Either one, hand written shows your effort. Heres an example of a letter

Dear Mr/Mrs./Ms. ___________
You are one of my favorite players. I was so happy for you when ___________. If you have the time, can you sign the card(s) enclosed?
 Thank You and Good luck,
              (SIGNATURE here)

Q.Any IP tips?
A.Sure, always show some respect to the guys. They get autograph requests alot and its precious time for them to sign. Always use "please" and "thank you" in a request to have a guy come over and sign. If you try to get Barry Zito lets say, show some respect and say "Mr.Zito will you please sign?". If he rejects, then just say okay..DO NOT cuss, or give a bad remark. I've seen people give these guys fingers, cusses, and so on.

Q.Where do I send the requests to?
A. Preferrably the stadium they are at. FOR EXAMPLE (not actual addy)
Fenway Park
176 Yawkey Way
Boston, MA 14567
c/o Curt Schilling
